Apple Orchard Café

The Apple Orchard Café serves lunches and our famous apple desserts daily. Lunches are served from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. with desserts and pastries being served throughout the day.

Our lunches include items such as scarecrow soup (our favorite menu item) & sandwiches. A few of our sandwich selections are below:

Our Chicken Salad Croissant	$7.25
We make our chicken salad from scratch daily using fresh tart apples, red onion, and celery served on a croissant with your choice of one of our extras and a garnish of our choice.
Our Tasty Roast Beef Sandwich	$7.25
Served on our Parsley Romano bread with lettuce, red onion, tomatoes and with a mild horseradish dressing and served with and extra and a garnish.
Grilled Reuben Sandwich	$7.25
Our reuben is served on our marbled rye bread and served with your choice of one of our extras.
Grilled Ham or Turkey	$7.25
Served on marbled rye bread with your choice of cheese. Served with your choice of an extra.
Apple Picker Sandwich	$7.75
A juicy chicken breast, topped with swiss cheese, crispy bacon, and dressing. Served with one of our extras. Very Tasty!
Country Garden Dog	$4.95
Just like Chicago ... a hearty dog in a poppy seed bun, topped with pickle relish, onion, mustard, and tomato wedges. You need to try this one. Served with an extra.
BLT Chicken Wrap	$7.25
Bacon, lettuce, tomato and red onio served wrapped in our garlic parmesan wrap. Pick an extra.
BBQ Smoked Pork Sandwich	$7.25
Country smoked pulled pork sandwich smothered in Iowa's Contryside BBQ sauce and served on a kaiser bun, served with an extra.

Creamy Scarecrow Soup	$5.50
A creamy blend of veggies in a cheesy soup, served with a warm apple streusel muffin and topped off with a fruit garnish. Chow Mein noodles sprinkled on top to signify straw.
Soup of the Day	$7.25
Served in our scrumptious bread bowl and served with a side of spring greens and dressed with lemon peppercorn dressing.
Our Harvest Salad	$5.50
A salad made with a combination of greens, fresh tomato wedges, cucumbers, red onions, and other in-season vegies. Served with dressing choices of Thousand Island, Creamy Italian, Honey French, Fat Free Ranch, Ranch, or Lemon Peppercorn. Served with a warm dinner roll.
Harvest Salad With Chicken	$6.50
Spinach Salad Supreme	$6.95
Fresh baby spinach and spring mixed topped with bacon bits, mandarin oranges, red onion, dried cranberries, and walnuts, with a fresh bread wedge served with Poppy seed or Lemon Peppercorn dressing.
Chicken Salad Suffed Tomato	$7.50
Our chicken salad is made fresh right here daily. It is stuffed into a fresh, locally grown tomato, served on a bed of mixed salad greens and topped off with lemon peppercorn dressing... a warm apple streusel muffin and a garnish are added to this beauty.
